Shipping & Testing

Shipping and Store Pick-up

 All orders will be shipped & insured "BEST WAY" unless a specific carrier is requested (UPS or USPS).

For "Store Pick-up", the credit card used to place the order and a valid photo ID are REQUIRED.  No exceptions.

 Testing

All powered and motorized units (excluding starter sets) will be tested prior to shipping.

Starter Sets will not be tested and are covered under warranty. Please contact us IMMEDIATELY for defective items in starter sets.  All defective units must be returned to us for warranty service along with the sales receipt.
